General Delivery Time: 6-15 days

Shipping Rules（PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses is not available now.）

• Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

  *NOTE: Auckland could not supported to ship at present. If you are not sure whether delivery is available in your area, please contact our online customer service (fancydaddytee@hotmail.com) for consultation.

  Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

   

  Return Policy

  • Return within 30 days from the delivered date.
  • Make sure that all items in the packaging are intact!
  • Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
  • Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
